Cellisima

"Cellisima quartet was founded in İstanbul in 2005 by four female cellists. These four musician friends derived the name of their group from the combination of the İtalian words iCelloî and iBelissimaî, representing their love in common, violoncello, and the beatiful of music. Cellissima is presenting a high calibre perfonmance to those with a taste of various types of music. They perform classic and popular music side by side and their repertoir extends in a wide musical range, from jazz to the film themes, from Bach to Sing. Cellisima has given many concerts home and abroad since the day it was founded as well as participating in various festivals. The group will be playing classical jazz standards arranged for four cellos."
